ELVIS PRESLEY CBS SPECIAL1977 CONCERT DVD Friends & family didn't agree with the idea because Elvis did not look his best and was not in good health at all but Colonel Tom Parker decided to set Elvis up with another TV special. So filming began on June 19, 1977 at the Civic Auditorium in Omaha, NE and June 21 at the Plaza Civic Center in Rapid City, SD. Bits & pieces of both shows were finally put together for the hour long special (which contained only 49 Min. of footage) and was broadcasted 8 PM on October 03, 1977 on CBS. It has not been aired since. Quality is 7/10, but this is very rare footage.
